TWG Presents Their Most Luxurious Iced Tea Bag Collection

If I had all the time in the world, I'd always prepare myself some tea. Somehow, tea relaxes me, calms my mind and gives me a warm feeling inside.

So when I got an invitation for TWG's Iced Teabag launch, I didn't hesitate and I quickly said "Yes!"

I've always wanted to try out TWG's tea and my first experience did not disappoint at all. Their teas are really tasty and has a unique aroma for every flavor!

The lovely, colorful entrance

Elegant is the first word that comes to mind whenever I see TWG in malls. The gold color represents the quality of their products, which is nothing but the best.

TWG which stands for The Wellbeing Group was established in Singapore and they have the largest tea collection in the world. They are committed to offering teas directly from source gardens and they also have exclusive hand crafted tea blends.

Upon entering TWG, I was immediately offered some Macarons and Ice Cream. Woah! They have their own Ice Cream? I rushed to that area and got a raspberry sorbet (all their flavors by the way are tea-infused), and it was lovely! I also got to try their Macs which were heavenly!

  Macs!!

TWG TEA Ice Cream!
 YUMMMY!!!

My Ice Cream beside the new Iced Tea

After spoiling myself with all the "tea-inspired" food, I waited for the program to start. Ms.Issa introduced the newest collection that TWG will now be offering here in the Philippines, the TWG Tea Iced Teabags.

 Host Issa Litton

Presenting the Iced Tea Bag Colletion!

The collection comes in fifteen varieties of whole tea leaves carefully proportioned and packaged so that you'll get that delicious TWG tea right at the comforts of your home!

Some of the flavors include: French Earl Grey, Eternal Summer Tea and Sweet France Tea. I smelled each packet and they smelled exactly as what their names are.

 They are all so lovely!

 And they smell good too!

One teabag can actually make 1 litre of Iced Tea. The preparation makes the tea even more special as you have to carefully place 1 teabag into a teapot, add 1/2 litre of pure, simmering water, steep for about 5 minutes then you remove the teabag and pour the tea into a glass filled with large ice cubes! Mmm...!! Sounds refreshing, right?(: Imagine all the flavors in each packet of tea!

Whiff 'em!

TWG also presented their Iced Tea Carafe series which are available in eight colors. These are made of very light Plexiglas and is the perfect accessory to serve your refreshing glass of Iced Tea.

Thanks TWG for the lovely afternoon!(:

  2. I am not a big fan of tea. I'm a breastfeeding mom and I've read somewhere that most of the teas available commercially contain caffeine, which can actually be passed on breast milk and can cause fussiness and sleep problems in breastfeeding babies. I hope these teas don't contain caffeine so breastfeeding moms like me could try it out also! Thanks for sharing!

  8. Iced tea bags! Really cool (pun intended)! How long will it take to extract the herbs tho if its meant for cold water?

The ice cream looks so refreshing too.

    1. Hello Rhoda!(: The Ice Cream was really good. And they come in tea-infused flavors. I just leave the tea bag in my cup for around 5 minutes.(: I do it per cup so I can re-use the tea bag, but it's really meant for 1 pitcher!
