I got up really early to experience this fun and one-of-a-kind event. I was all giddy on the way to the venue and was expecting a small crowd since it was really early on a Sunday. But I was so wrong. The place was already packed when we arrived!
There were 3,000 expected sliders that day. WOW! Which made the wait even more exciting!
Havaianas welcoming all the sliders
It was the perfect venue for the 1,000 ft. slip and slide. The place was filled with food trucks and some fun games which everyone can join while waiting for their wave's turn.
Yummy food booths!
The ice cream booths were perfect! It was really hot that day and each of us had to get one so we can cool off! There was also a Yakisoba booth and we had to get a cup after the slide 'coz we got so tired and hungry!
Ice Cream to cool everyone off!
As I've mentioned, there were fun games for everyone. We all joined the "Guess the Number" game of Oishi. We had to guess how many bags of chips were inside the giant Oishis and my mom won! She was soo happy! Haha!(: She guessed 30 pieces, by the way.(;
Lovin' these giant Oishis!!
Some of the sponsors! I spy When in Manila!(:
We had a 2 hr. Unlimited Pass. But the line was a bit long when we arrived. So we were only able to do 2 rounds. But it was so worth it!! Next time we will get the All-Day Pass for sure!
My "excited" face (:
Wuhoooo!! Me and the hubby had a great time sliding and screaming! (I think I was the only one screaming though).
It was an awesome experience especially since I was able to "force" my 5 year old son to join me. See his face? Haha!(: He was screaming for his life!
I also want to add that I'm a bit scared of heights... So it was really a plus that the slide is NOT high, you just really slip straight and stop at the end! No deep pools too!
You can actually purchase your photo after your slide for P350. I bought it, coz my son's facial expression is worth more than 300 bucks! Haha!(: Plus this is so candid! And the layout is cute too (:
My mom's huge prize!
The Oishi gift pack was filled with Oishi snacks! Which we gladly shared with our relatives. We were all happy!
Picture with the big TSINELAS!!(:
