It's that time of year again! Wherein I get all excited to plan and search for the perfect costume for my little ones! (OH!! Costumes for two! Now that I have two little boys!)
Last weekend we were invited at The Manila Hotel as they open their month long halloween celebration! Imagine how happy I was to start the (halloween) month at THE Manila Hotel (Shhhh...! It's actually my first time there!)
I was really excited when we entered the Champagne Salon together with my two boys as we had no idea what was in store for us that night.
Kiddie Trick or Treat Menu
The hotel was transformed into a haunted mansion which gave us all a wonderful, eerie feeling.
Super love the setup!
For the whole month of October, Manila Hotel has lined up activities and treats for their guests to enjoy. They have a Kiddie Trick or Treat every Saturday afternoon at 4PM which will begin with a DIY Mini Cake activity. After that the kids will have a mini tour around the hotel to collect their treats! Tickets are priced at P750 NET/kid and it can be purchased at the Concierge.
DIY Mini Cakes
We were all given a mini chocolate cake (which was uber yummy!!) to design. BabyBoyToy had a wonderful time collecting marshmallows, sprinkles and icing for his cake.
Design your own cake
While his dad was super "karir" in designing! Haha(: yes, adults can join in to and unleash their inner creativity!
Even Dady joined in!
As I've mentioned, I looove halloween! So my boys came in costume!
Pumpkin Baskets for everyone!
After designing and munching on our mini cakes, everyone was so excited already for the Trick or Treat part of the event! Each kid (Yes! Even my mini one!) was given a Pumpkin Basket for their treats.
His 1st Trick or Treat!(:
Kids all excited!!
The kids were asked to fall in line as we were roam around the hotel.
First, they had to line up. And YES! BabyBoyToy was really excited!
I love all the details around the hotel. Every area was instagram-worthy!
Woah!! Look at that hallway! Full of creepy, crawlers!
After collecting all their sweets and treats, we headed back to the Champagne Salon for a lovely 4-course meal!
I love, love the Spinach Soup!
And the salad too! I was able to finish it! (Please know that I am not a vegetable fan!)
Lamb and Salmon!
Ice Cream Cake
Good thing BabyBoyToy received some crayons and coloring sheets during the Trick or Treat activity, as it kept him busy as we finish our meal.
After our meal, we roamed around the lobby and we fell inlove with the little candy corner they've set up where you can purchase more sweets or simply have your photo taken.
Indeed everyone went home with a fun memory and a basket full of treats!
And the fun doesn't stop there! As Manila Hotel has lined up lots treats for everyone! Like for those who enter the hotel wearing a full costume, you will have a chance to get upto 50% off at Cafe Ilang-Ilang!
